How we use it

To operate the service, respond to your requests, send you product updates if you opt in, and improve Centabatch. We do not sell your personal information.

Where data is stored

Centabatch runs on Google Cloud. Your content and data are stored in Google Cloud services (including Cloud Storage and Vertex AI) in line with Google Cloud's security and privacy practices.

How content is generated

All AI generation in Centabatch — scripts, images, voiceover, video, and music — runs on Google Cloud Vertex AI models. You assemble and publish the finished video using your own video editor and the platforms of your choice, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
