Use of the service

Centabatch is an AI asset-generation tool for video creators, currently offered in early beta. You may use it to create assets for your own projects, subject to these Terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Centabatch to create illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.
• Do not infringe others' intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or misuse the service or its infrastructure.

AI-generated content

Images, video, and other outputs are produced by AI models and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and how you use any generated content, including compliance with the policies of the platforms where you publish it.

Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts and assets you create, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. You are responsible for the inputs you provide.

Disclaimer & liability

Centabatch is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
